Who it is for

Businesses that want to focus on what they do, not on administering Microsoft 365. They have no IT department, or they have one that cannot keep up, and they need someone to make sure the tenant is well configured, secure and current, and to handle everyday requests: a new SharePoint site, a new user, a question about Teams. And the more technical work too: a conditional access policy, an Exchange mail flow rule, an Intune profile for the new laptops, a Purview sensitivity label or an application permission in Entra ID.

What is included

  • Periodic tenant review. Every month we review configuration, security, licensing and Microsoft changes that affect you. We tell you what we changed and why.
  • Day-to-day requests. Users joining and leaving, SharePoint sites, Teams, shared mailboxes, permissions, questions from your team. Requested via Teams or email. 24/7 support for incidents.
  • Security and data protection with Microsoft Defender and Purview: email policies, identity protection, retention and information classification.
  • Identities and devices with Entra ID and Intune: conditional access, MFA, managed and encrypted devices.
  • Document management with SharePoint and OneDrive: structure, permissions and external sharing under control.
  • Collaboration with Teams, Planner and the rest of the toolset: used well, not just switched on.
  • Licensing. Every person gets the licence they need and none they don't.
  • Migrations included. Coming from Google Workspace, on-premises Exchange or another provider? We plan and run the migration of email, files and settings, with support before, during and after. More than 30 migrations delivered.

How we work

  1. Free initial audit. We look at your tenant and tell you what we would fix first.
  2. Tune-up. In the first weeks we fix what is urgent: baseline security, licensing, permissions.
  3. Ongoing service. Monthly fee, no lock-in, with a named contact who knows your company.

Real cases

A 25-person accountancy firm with no in-house IT

They were paying for Microsoft 365 E3 when Business Premium gave them the same plus better security, and nobody had turned on multi-factor authentication. In the first month we right-sized licences (saving over 30%), enabled MFA and conditional access and tidied up SharePoint. Now they ask for what they need in Teams and forget about the rest.

An 80-user manufacturer coming from Google Workspace

We migrated email, Drive and calendars to Microsoft 365 over a weekend; on Monday everyone was working with their full history. We have managed the tenant ever since.

A professional practice after an email fraud attempt

An impersonated supplier nearly got a bank account number changed. We configured Defender for Office 365, anti-impersonation policies, Purview retention and a short training session for the team. Zero incidents since.

Document labelling at a company handling client data

Everything lived in SharePoint with no distinction between public and confidential, and they were about to switch on Copilot. We defined three sensitivity labels in Purview, applied them automatically to the libraries holding case files and contracts, and tied them to a policy that blocks external sharing of anything labelled confidential. Copilot went live afterwards, knowing what it could show and what it could not.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need someone from IT in the company?

No. We are your IT team for Microsoft 365. If you already have someone, we work with them and take the platform work off their plate.

How do I request things?

Via Teams or email, to a person who knows your company. No ticket portals, no forms.

What if something breaks out of hours?

You have 24/7 support. Incidents are handled at any time; routine requests during business hours.

How much does it cost?

A monthly fee per user, depending on tenant size and service level. You get a fixed quote after the free initial audit.

Can I leave whenever I want?

Yes. The tenant is yours, the documentation is yours and there is no lock-in.

Do you only work in Valencia?

We are based in Valencia, Spain, and most of the service is remote, so we work with companies across Spain and abroad.

Start by finding out how your tenant is doing

The initial audit is free and without obligation. We tell you what we would fix first and what it would cost for us to take care of everything.
