- Securing with Microsoft Defender (20 h). Defender for Office 365, Endpoint and Identity: policies, alerts, incident response.
- Intune, advanced management (16 h). Enrolment, compliance, configuration profiles, application and update deployment.
- Purview for administrators (12 h). Sensitivity labels, retention, data loss prevention and eDiscovery.
- SharePoint for users (4 h) and administrators (8 h). Working well with documents, or designing and governing sites.
- Copilot essentials for employees (4 h). What to ask it, what not to, how to review what it returns. Per department, with each one's real cases.
- Tailored training. Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Planner or any combination, adapted in content and length to what you use.
How it is delivered
- Format: on-site in Valencia, remote, or at your premises. Small groups for hands-on training.
- Adapted content: before each course we ask what you use and what is not working, and exercises are built on your cases.
- Funded training (Spain): for Spanish companies, training can be subsidised through the FUNDAE training credit; we handle the paperwork through an organising entity.

Why does it matter that the trainer is an MCT?
Microsoft Certified Trainer is the accreditation Microsoft gives to people who prove certified technical knowledge and the ability to teach it, renewed every year. Your trainer works with the platform daily and teaches it with Microsoft's rigour and materials, not with screenshots from three versions ago.
Do you provide a certificate?
A dForts certificate of attendance and achievement. The administration courses also prepare for official Microsoft certifications, whose exam is taken separately.
How many people per group?
For hands-on training, 6 to 12. For awareness sessions, no limit.
Do you train a single person?
Yes, as coaching: one-to-one sessions with the administrator or the person who will own a tool.
Is training available in English?
Yes.
