Before any project we review identities, permissions and data. Copilot finds everything a user can see; our job is to make sure it only sees what it should.

Every control we review has a reference (Zero Trust principles, the CIS benchmark for Microsoft 365) and a metric: accounts without MFA, open protocols, public links, unencrypted devices. When we finish, you can check the difference, not just read about it.

What does dForts do?

We are a Microsoft Partner based in Valencia, Spain.

Do you only work in Valencia?

No. We are based in Valencia and work on-site in Valencia and the surrounding area when it adds value; everything else is remote, for companies anywhere in Spain and in any country worldwide. That is how most Microsoft 365 management is done anyway.

What kind of companies do you work with?

Mostly SMBs, from startups to established organisations, and also schools. We have worked with more than 50 organisations, with more than 30 migrations to Microsoft 365 and more than 240 professionals trained.

What is a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and why does it matter?

It is Microsoft's official certification to deliver its courses: it accredits certified technical knowledge and the ability to teach it, and it is renewed every year. It means the person training or advising you works with the platform every day and can deliver official Microsoft training.

What does the free audit include?

A review of your Microsoft 365 tenant's configuration to assess its maturity and propose an improvement plan for security and productivity. It includes a meeting with whoever manages Microsoft 365 or IT at your company, and it is free of charge. Request it from the contact form by choosing "Free audit", or contact us directly through any of the channels on the site, for example info@dforts.com.

Is there a minimum contract term?

No. We work in your tenant and with your licences, and we document everything we do. If one day you stop working with us, you leave with everything.

Yes. As a Microsoft Partner we can provide your company's official licensing, and as part of tenant management we check every month that each person has the licence they need and none they don't.
