The smallest bundle is 10 hours. For very specific questions we also run one-off sessions.

Do the hours expire?

They are valid for one year from purchase.

Whatever works. Around Valencia, on-site when it adds value; elsewhere in Spain and abroad, remote, which is how almost everything gets done.

Do you work alongside my current IT provider?

Yes, that is common. We bring the Microsoft 365 specialisation and your provider carries on with the rest.
